Is the package price per person or per table?
All our prices are shown on a price per person basis. Please be aware that occasionally hospitality packages may require a minimum number of people to book certain facilities.
Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes we can hold packages on a short term basis subject to availability
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities
Is there a min/max number of people you can cater for?
There are no minimum numbers for an event, although certain facilities within the event may have minimum numbers. An example of this is Cirque du Soleil where boxes have to sold in their entirety. The maximum number is dependant on the event and the facilities available but we regularly cater for very large parties.
Where is the best place to meet my guests?
The best place to meet your guests is within your facility. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table upon arrival.
Can I book online?
We do not operate an online booking facility at present. Please contact us with your requirements.
Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability.
Is car parking included?
Parking is included with many event packages. However, it very much depends on the venue and the specific parking availability there.
Can you arrange travel arrangements and accommodation as part of the package?
Yes, this is something we can organise for you. Please contact us with your requirements.
Do you provide hospitality to any overseas events?
We can source official packages for almost any sporting event. Please contact us for further details.
Could you organise hospitality for a specific event?
Yes. We have a dedicated team of people that source and put together any bespoke events that may be requested by our clients
Why do I need to register?
If you'd like to create shortlists and keep a record of events and packages that you or your colleagues are interested in, it would be useful for you to register with us. By registering with us, we will also keep you up to date when new events become available.
How do I cancel my account?
If you decide that you no longer wish to remain registered with us, simply email info@mattina.co.uk and we will remove you from our records.

Can I be informed about any forthcoming events?
We update our website with any new events on a very regular basis and have events calendars to help plan for the future. We also send out newsletters to keep clients informed of any events that are just on sale or on the horizon. To receive up to date information on any forthcoming events please register your details.
Can I specify catering arrangements for guests?
Yes, we will be in contact with you prior to the event to ensure that all dietary requirements are known and ensure that the correct arrangements can be made.
What is the dress code?
The dress code differs slightly for each event although the general rule is smart casual and for winter events wrap up!
Can I purchase tickets only for an event?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a ticket only service as all our tickets come with hospitality packages.
Are drinks included in the price?
The majority of packages will include both alcoholic and soft drinks. The contents of each package differs from event to event so contact us for more details.
Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?
There are no hidden costs. The price shown is the price to be paid although we will charge extra for additional items such as seat cushions, extra parking and any other extras requested on top of the standard package. You will be notified of the costs of any extras at the time of your request.
When will I receive tickets/packages for the event
We generally send out tickets approximately 10-14 days before the start of an event. In some cases the actual tickets will be distributed at the events due to value and problems with security.
How do I make payment?
At present we accept payment by BACS, cheque or credit card through PayPal.
Can we bring our own branding, theming or promotional material?
Yes, although this does vary from event to event, so please contact us to discuss the options available.
When does payment need to be made?
Upon confirmation of the booking you will be sent an invoice detailing deposit and final payment information.
Why are unofficial agents often cheaper?
Unofficial agents are often cheaper because they are unofficial. Their facilities are normally off-site, if indeed they exist at all while they will often add a service charge not mentioned at the time of booking. At Mattina we only offer official hospitality to all events.
